Aktualisasi Deep Learning Dalam Pengembangan Pendidikan Islam Abad 21
Abstract
This article explores the deep learning approach in the context of developing Islamic education in the 21st century. Deep learning emphasizes in-depth, reflective, and meaningful learning processes rather than rote memorization. The study aims to analyze the main theories of deep learning and examine their relevance to the epistemological principles of Islamic education. This research employs a literature review method by systematically analyzing academic sources published between 2020 and 2025 that are relevant to the topic of deep learning. The findings indicate that the actualization of deep learning can enhance students’ critical thinking skills, reflective capacities, and spiritual development. Furthermore, the integration of deep learning with Islamic values has the potential to foster a humanistic, holistic, and transformative educational paradigm. This article underscores that Islamic education in the 21st century must prioritize deep conceptual understanding, higher-order thinking skills (HOTS), and the mastery of digital literacy grounded in ethical and moral values.

Abstrak
Pendekatan pembelajaran deep learning dalam konteks pengembangan pendidikan islam di abad 21. Deep learning berfokus pada proses belajar yang mendalam, reflektif, dan bermakna, bukan sekadar hafalan. ujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis teori- teori utama deep learning dan mengaitkannya dengan prinsip-prinsip epistemologis pendidikan Islam. Metode penelitian menggunakan studi literatur dengan menganalisis berbagai sumber akademik dari tahun 2020 hingga 2025 yang relevan dengan topik pembelajaran mendalam. hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa aktualisasi deep learning mampu memperkuat daya kritis, kemampuan reflektif, dan spiritualitas peserta didik. Selain itu, integrasi deep learning dengan nilai-nilai Islam berpotensi membangun paradigma pendidikan yang humanis, holistik, dan transformatif. Artikel ini menegaskan bahwa Pendidikan Islam abad ke-21 perlu menekankan pemahaman konseptual yang mendalam, kemampuan berpikir tingkat tinggi (HOTS), serta penguasaan literasi digital yang berlandaskan etika dan akhlak.
