PENGUATAN KAPABILITAS GURU TAHFIZ PEMULA MELALUI SUPERVISI MENTORING DAN INDUKSI DI SD PTQ ANNIDA SALATIGA
Abstract
The lack of experience among novice tahfiz teachers in designing tahfiz-based learning leads to suboptimal knowledge transfer to students. Therefore, mentoring and induction supervision are essential to help novice teachers develop effective learning strategies. This qualitative phenomenological study, conducted at SD PTQ Annida Salatiga, collected data through observation, interviews, and documentation, and analyzed it using the Miles and Huberman Model with Source and Technique Triangulation for data validation. The results showed that thorough planning, intensive implementation, and focused evaluation were carried out effectively. The school designed training methods that considered teachers' needs, including a two-month program focused on mastering the "Nada" in Muri-Q, guided by senior teachers. Regular evaluations ensured the success of the program, producing competent novice tahfiz teachers capable of teaching in the classroom.
